Founded by five passionate entrepreneurs, One Life Group is inspired by the most renowned festive restaurants around the world.

In Paris, they felt the need to bring this unique atmosphere that they missed so much. Thus, their first concept, Kalamata, a fusion "Greek & Mediterranean" restaurant, was born, where authentic flavors are enhanced by chefs coming directly from Athens. This was followed by the opening of the Italian restaurant, Giulia, a true ode to La Dolce Vita. Then came Yacatan, completing the list with a restaurant highlighting the cuisine and ambiance of Latin America. In this same vision, Kalamata St-Tropez opened its doors two years ago, bringing a fresh Mediterranean breeze to the French Riviera.

​The concepts of One Life Group are distinguished by a unique combination of gastronomy and celebration. Each establishment is designed to offer not only an exceptional culinary experience but also a festive atmosphere where guests can extend their evening. Whether through music, live performances, or carefully crafted decor to transport the guests, every detail is meticulously planned to create an immersive and unforgettable atmosphere.

RAYAN MEKOUAR

Graduated from ESSEC, a business school, he founded two companies in the field of events, communication and marketing.

digital “Entourage Paris & Nox Event. Being still at the head of the latter, he decided to move towards the restoration where he was in charge of the administrative part, development and finances.

ALIX RODRIGUEZ

Owner of the Jazzbar Le Baiser Salé, in the heart of the Châtelet district since 1983. Organizing

up to 3 concerts per evening, this institution is always full throughout the week. born in the middle

music, Alix wasted no time in taking the lead in many major Parisian events, going as far as to create his own event group. He manages the customer network, communication and artistic direction of the group.

AMINE THALEB

Innovative and visionary, he founded his transportation company and reinvested the profits into XPERT, a company he created and later franchised. He now leads multiple centers, expanding into the automotive and mechanical sectors. His business acumen drives the growth of their vegan fast-food chain, Naked Burger, and their festive restaurants: Kalamata, Yacatan, and their latest addition, Giulia.

THEODORE CHAROY

An alumnus of the Hotel School of Les Roches in Switzerland, he spent ten years in Asia and America before returning to Europe to manage the renowned Peruvian restaurants in London, Monaco, and Paris. Taking advantage of the Covid-19 situation, he joined his new partners in launching the Naked Burger and Kalamata projects. With a rich professional background in the restaurant industry, he contributes his expertise to the group.

ROMAIN SAHARANY

After extensive experience as a VIP HOST in some of the capital's most prestigious venues, he co-founded a group with associates, creating brands like Fresh Touch and Lalaland, where he applies his artistic flair and luxury marketing expertise. In 2020, he collaborated on the interior architecture of the renowned Deflower club, conceptualizing with his team a unique environment centered around music and women, highly Instagrammable. Naturally progressing, he then assumed the creative direction of Kalamata and Naked Burger, in which he also holds a stake.
